THT assembly

The various components are then soldered by hand by our trained staff using modern and constantly maintained soldering equipment. We can install all kinds of THT components for you, from the smallest resistors and capacitors to complex connector strips.
Thanks to our Cube.460 selective soldering system, we can produce everything with consistently high quality, regardless of the quantity. This system opens up completely new production possibilities for us, as everything from very small to very large, temperature-intensive solder joints can be soldered without any problems. In addition, it does not matter whether there are already SMD components in the vicinity of the THT components, as the system can solder individual solder points with high precision.

Thanks to our many years of experience in this area, among others, we can guarantee you reliable, flexible and high-quality manual assembly.
Mixed assembly, i.e. the assembly of a PCB with both SMD and THT components (on the top and bottom), is also no problem for our team. Just ask us!
It goes without saying that we also comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances 2011/65/EU) directives.

We then recommend mechanical cleaning, with a defined conductivity value if required. It therefore makes sense to clean the PCBs after THT assembly, as this allows the unavoidable flux residues to be easily removed, giving you an all-round flawless and clean product. If you wish, we will of course be happy to do this for you, as well as measuring the circuit boards according to your specified test protocols.

In order to provide you with all-round support for your projects, we offer you our services from component procurement to SMD and THT assembly, PCB cleaning and a detailed visual inspection and measurement of the PCBs. We can also replace defective components such as BGA, connectors or other components for you. We also offer cable assembly for you.
