Visual inspection and measurements
Our team checks the assembly of your PCBs both before and after soldering in order to keep the error rate as low as possible. We use our own inspection system, the “four-eyes principle” and a digital microscope to precisely analyze complicated solder joints. The production of a sample board and control stencils to make it easier to check the assembly also play an important role for us. We are also happy to carry out specific measurements of the printed circuit boards according to test protocols specified by you.
Replacement of defective parts
We are also happy to replace defective components for you, such as all SMD and THT components, and in particular connectors or BGAs. If possible, we also offer express processing and shipping. This depends on our current workload and the availability of the components to be replaced. You are welcome to send us an inquiry and we will try to meet your requirements as far as possible.

We also have over 20 years of experience in cable assembly. We can also carry out an electrical continuity test, i.e. check the cables for continuity, open circuits and short circuits. Let us know what you need and we will try to implement it for you.
